The stamp on this sheet does not show anything about AIDS, but the center (not valid for postage) panel on the eight-stamp sheet does. The Scott # is for the individual stamp; there is no # for the sheet as a whole.
Niger
Scott 1346 (4 stamp sheet), unknown (s/s)
There were literally hundreds of excessive stamps released by Niger (or at least in their name) around this time. It's only natural it'll take Scott years to identify them all. I normally banish uncataloged excess stampage to the under investigation page, but since the 4-sheet sheet has a Scott # it's likely they'll identify the stamp in the not-too-distant future. Should they fail to do so in the next few years (it's 2021 as I write this) I'll reconsider.
South Africa

This set of stamps was released in the form of a stamp booklet.
Interestingly, the above stamps were apparently not the initial design. The below stamps were advertised by the South African postal authorities as the 2013 Worlds Aids Day Release, but was ultimately scrapped in favor of the above design.
Tuvalu

A stamp from Tuvalu in honor of the 65th anniversary of the World Health Organization. Only available (to my knowledge) on this sheetlet. It does not appear on a related souvenir sheet.
